Cloudless Sulphur

This is a Cloudless Sulphur Butterfly caterpillar.
Notice the yellow stripe along the side and the small blue spots.

I believe it is a female because of the brown spots on the forewings.
Females also have a row of black spots on the upperside edge of the forewing.
